HF - GASTRO 20 - 10 levels GN 2/1   

    is a premium oven designed for creative cooks: high quality components and small precautions intended to facilitate the work and let creation flow into wonderful new dishes.

    Types of cooking:

    • hot air cooking from 30°C to 270°C

    • combined cooking using hot air and steam from 30°C to 270°C to roast, braise and cook

    • core probe or Delta T cooking for low temperature cooking or for sous vide cooking

    We have combined stainless steel, glass, screen printing and technology in order to balance all esthetic requirements and easily integrate the oven into a variety of production spaces.

    for the cleaning of the HF-Gastro ovens we offer the following solutions:  integrated internal washing, retractile integrated shower or independent hand shower.
